Bremshey Upright Bike Reviews
Bremshey offers five models of their Upright Bikes for the Home Fitness Enthusiast.
They are the Bremshey Cardio Comfort Ambition, Control, Explorer, Explorer Sport
and Pacer. These upright bikes fall into our lower end category of bikes, but are
well made, German engineered, and offer simple, but nice features at a great value
compared to some of their competition.
The Bremshey Cardio Ambition Upright bike is a good entry level bike for someone
looking for something simple, but durable in this price range. It has a nice compact
design that doesn’t require a lot of space to get a good cardiovascular workout at
home. The crank is very heavy duty and provides a smooth ride. The Ambition has a
solid seat post that feels durable and stable even during your more vigorous workouts.
The unique design to the pedals provides plenty of room for comfortable foot placement.
The adjustable handlebars as well as the console tilt adjustment allows the user
to choose the most comfortable positions for their personal preference.
This unit has a manual operated magnetic brake to change the resistance. The console
is easy to read and gives you feedback on your workout statistics, but doesn’t have
any preset programs. You can monitor your heart rate with the hand sensors or with
an optional wireless chest strap. The Ambition also offers a good warranty at this
price point. You can find more info/spec on the Bremshey Cardio Ambition Upright
We rate the Bremshey Cardio Ambition Upright bike with a “Recommended” rating.
Bremshey Cardio Pacer/Control Upright Bike
The Bremshey Pacer and Control upright bikes are both good choices for someone

same compact design and adjustability of the Ambition along with several additional
features. The seats on both bikes have a horizontal adjustment to allow a better
user fit. Both bikes also offer the convenience of push button electronic resistance
The Pacer is a good choice for those looking for a good entry level bike with
some programs. It has a monochrome LCD display that is easy to read and gives a good
variety of programs. Whereas, the Control has a nicer color LCD back light display
and a greater selection of programs for the workout enthusiast. You can monitor your
heart rate with the hand sensors or an optional wireless chest strap. Both bikes
are backed with an excellent warranty at this price point. (3 years parts/ 1 year
labor) Both the Pacer and the Control provide the durability, the adjustability,
and the workout variety to give the user many years of great workouts. You can get
